We aim to ship all orders that are placed on items that are in stock within 1 – 2 working days*, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
*Please note that orders placed online between Friday 29th January – Sunday 7th February 2016 will be despatched on Monday 8th February. For orders that are urgent please email email@example.com and we will endeavor to despatch your order sooner.
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you at the time that the order was placed. All orders posted to UK addresses require a signature on arrival. The following methods of postage are available at the checkout:
UK Delivery: £5.95
UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded and Royal Mail Special Delivery, which are trackable services and will require a signature on arrival.
International Delivery: £12.00
International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For, which is a trackable service. Orders will arrive within 7-10 days from the item being despatched.
Non EU orders are exclusive of VAT (20%). This is removed from your order at the checkout.
Please note that for international orders any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer and recipient of the order. VAT (20%) will not de deducted from orders that are being delivered to countries within the EU.
Davina Combe Jewellery hopes that you are pleased with your item, but if you are not then you may return it to us for a refund or exchange it for another item of jewellery within 14 days of receipt.
To return your item simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402 within 14 days of receipt quoting: your invoice number, name and address, details of the product and the reason you wish to return the item. We will then contact you and advise you on how to proceed. It is your responsibility to notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will not process claims for goods to be returned of exchanged after this period of time.
To ensure that you are eligible for a refund you must have proof of purchase (original invoice number), there must be no evidence of wear and you must return the item in all of its original packaging. Items where there is evidence that they have been worn and items that do not have their original receipt and proof of purchase will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Davina Combe Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges.
If items are returned for refund or exchange not in their original packaging, or if that packaging is damaged, then the amount your are refunded will be issued 10% less of the original purchase price and any exchanges will be subject to a decrease of 10% of the original purchase price.
A returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us and the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. It is advised that you send it via Special Delivery since we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error. Please note that you will have to pay for postage of the new item if you choose to exchange your item.
Christmas Returns Policy
On orders placed between 1st – 23rd December 2015 only you will have until the 8th January 2016 to return items to us for a refund or exchange and proof of purchase (original Invoice number) must be given for this to be considered. If no proof of purchase can be given a Credit Note may be issued that will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. After this date our standard returns policy will resume.
Every effort is made to ensure that items are always packed securely and safely. However, should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.
If you wish to change items in your order or cancel your order please contact us immediately before it is too late and your order has already been processed.
