How do I place an order?
To order simply go to ‘SHOP’ and a drop down menu will appear where you can choose whether you would like to browse ‘BY STYLE’, ‘BY COLLECTION’, or ‘BY STONE.’
You will then be directed through to browse our products. When you have found the product you would like to buy, click ‘ADD TO BASKET’. Your item will then be automatically added to your basket. If you would like to purchase more products then you can continue browsing, otherwise click ‘GO TO CHECKOUT’ which appears in the top right hand corner of your screen.
You will be directed to a page which will display a summary of your order. To complete your order, fill in your details and click ‘PURCHASE’ and you will be directed to a secure page hosted by PayPal where you have the option to pay through a PayPal account or if you do not hold a PayPal account you will be able to select the option to pay with debit or credit card.
Is it safe to order online?
Your order is as secure as it possibly can be. Your personal information will be protected and encrypted in a secure host environment provided by our payment provider WorldPay. WorldPay is fully compliant with payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro (UK).
How will I know if my order has been processed?
Once you have completed your order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail within 24 hrs. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail within 24 hrs, please e-mail email@example.com or call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately otherwise your order may have been processed and it may be too late. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402.
Can I add another item to my order after I have placed it?
Yes, in most circumstances it will be possible. Please call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402 within 2 hours of your original order, otherwise your order may have been processed and it may be too late.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship orders all orders within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
For UK Delivery items will arrive the next working day from when your order is despatched and for International Delivery your order will arrive within 7-10 days.
How much will delivery cost?
All orders sent within the UK are sent via a Royal Mail Recorded Service, which is a trackable service and requires a signature on arrival. A delivery charge of £5.95 will be added to your order at the checkout.
For International Delivery we send orders via International Signed For Royal Mail Service, which is a trackable service. A delivery charge of £12.00 will be added to your order at the checkout.
I need my order urgently what do I do?

Can my order be sent to a different address from my billing address?
Of course, at the checkout you will be given the option to add a different delivery address. If your item is a gift for someone and you would like to include a personal message please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402 (please also see the gifts section below).
The item(s) in my order arrived damaged, what should I do?
Every effort is made to ensure that your jewellery is packaged securely and arrives in the condition in which it leaves us. If however for some reason you should receive items that are not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt. How will my order be packaged?
There is no need to worry about gift-wrapping as each item is individually packed in a Davina Combe Jewellery box at no additional cost and will arrive with a complimentary care card.
My order is a gift for someone, is it possible for it to be sent straight to them?
Of course, at the checkout you will be given the option to add a different delivery address. If you would like to include a personal message with your order please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402 immediately after placing your order.

What is your Christmas returns policy?
For items brought through our website throughout December you will have until 11th January 2013 to return them either for an exchange or refund. To ensure that you are eligible for a refund you must have proof of purchase (original invoice number), there must be no evidence of wear and you must return the item in all of its original packaging. After this date our standard returns policy will resume.

What is Gold Vermeil?
Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a term used to describe sterling silver metal that has been plated with gold. To be considered Gold vermeil the base metal must be sterling silver and the gold must be at least 10ct and around 1.5 microns thick. Please see Jewellery Care for information on looking after your jewellery.
What are the benefits of Gold Vermeil?
Gold vermeil is a fantastic metal since it is comparable in appearance to pure gold but is significantly more affordable whilst still of high quality. Equally Gold vermeil jewellery is safe for people with nickel allergies or sensitivity to other metals.
I really want to buy one of your pieces but it is out of stock, when will it be available?

How do I know what ring size I am?
Our rings are available in a wide variety of sizes from a UK size J to N. If possible, please visit a local jeweller to ensure that you choose the correct size. Please note that finger sizes can change depending on how hot or cold your hands are.

How do I know what Bangle Size to choose?

What length are your necklaces?
The standard length of our necklaces is 18”. However, please check the product description as some lengths may vary.
