All jewellery on this website has been designed by Davina Combe. Items are made out of 18ct yellow gold vermeil and sterling silver. 18ct yellow gold vermeil is a term used to describe sterling silver metal that has been plated with 18ct yellow gold. Other materials used will be semi-precious stones and fresh water pearls.
Items that have a total silver metal content that exceeds 7.78 grams or above have been hallmarked which is a requirement by UK Law.
Please note that some designs may include gemstones that possess decorative inclusions, which enhance the stones’ individual nature.
We aim to ensure that all photographs are a clear representation of each product. However as a result of the individual nature and composition of gemstones and fresh water pearls items may vary slightly in colour from those displayed on the website. This can also be caused by variations in computer monitors. Davina Combe Jewellery reserves the right to sell jewellery that has minor differences to the products photographed.
Please be aware of measurements given in the product descriptions to give you an idea of scale, since photographs can sometimes be misleading.
Ordering and Payment
To place an order with Davina Combe Jewellery please follow the instructions given online and in the FAQs section. Once you have completed your shopping you will be sent to a secure card site where it will be possible to pay using any of the following:
Full payment for the price of the goods must be received before your order can be accepted and processed. The acceptance of your order establishes a contract between you (the Customer) and Davina Combe Jewellery (the Supplier) to supply you with the jewellery items as described in the product description. Davina Combe Jewellery reserves the right to reject orders should they not pass our security checks.
A confirmation e-mail of your order will be sent to you within 24 hours. As the Customer it is your responsibility to supply the correct details and check that your e-mail mailbox is in good working condition and is able to receive incoming communications.
All credit card transactions on this site are handled securely by our payment provider PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All payments will be subject to the buyer protection offered by that party. PayPal is fully compliant with payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS).
All prices on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling (£). Davina Combe Jewellery reserves the right to alter prices of products on this website at any time without notice. Currently Davina Combe Jewellery is not a VAT registered company so prices are not inclusive of VAT.
Postage and packaging will be added to all orders at checkout. Please see Delivery & Returns policy for further information.
All orders that are placed on items that are in stock are shipped within 1-2 working days of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated in the product description. In the rare circumstance of the item you order not being immediately available, you will be contacted within 24 hrs to discuss appropriate action. This may involve details of expected delivery times or a substitute product, which could incur a part refund or extra payment as required, or full refund.
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you at the time that the order was placed. All orders posted to UK addresses require a signature on arrival. The following method of postage is available at the checkout:
UK Delivery: £5.95
UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a fully trackable next day delivery service.
International Delivery: £12.00
International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure, which is a fully trackable service. Orders will arrive within 7-10 days.

Your jewellery will be individually packed in a Davina Combe Jewellery box. Please be assured that every effort will be made to ensure that items are packed securely and safely.
Davina Combe Jewellery hopes that you are pleased with your item, but if you are not then you may return it to us for a refund or exchange it for another item of jewellery within 7 days of receipt.
To return your item simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0) 20 7828 3629 within 7 days of receipt quoting: your invoice number, name and address, details of the product and the reason you wish to return the item. We will then contact you and advise you on how to proceed. It is your responsibility to notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will not process claims for goods to be returned of exchanged after this period of time.
To ensure that you are eligible for a refund you must have proof of purchase (original invoice number), there must be no evidence of wear and you must return the item in all of its original packaging. Items where there is evidence that they have been worn and items that do not have their original receipt and proof of purchase will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Davina Combe Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges.
If items are returned for refund or exchange not in their original packaging, or if that packaging is damaged, then the amount your are refunded will be issued 10% less of the original purchase price and any exchanges will be subject to a decrease of 10% of the original purchase price.
A returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us and the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. It is advised that you send it via Special Delivery since we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error. Please note that you will have to pay for postage of the new item if you choose to exchange your item.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings, unless the items are faulty on receipt.
Every effort is made to ensure that items are always packed securely and safely. However, should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.
If you wish to cancel your order it is advised that you contact us immediately before it is too late and your ordered has already been processed.
Privacy & Security
Davina Combe Jewellery will not share your e-mail, postal address or any other details with any third party. If you join our mailing list, your e-mail address will not be passed on to any third party and will only be used for Davina Combe Jewellery newsletters, promotions, events and notifications of new products. You can unsubscribe to this service at any time by e-mailing email@example.com.
Once you have made a purchase with Davina Combe Jewellery you will automatically be added to our mailing list. If however you do not wish to be contacted simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we can ensure that you are removed from our mailing list.
Our payment provider PayPal handles all credit card transactions securely. Payments will be subject to the buyer protection offered by that party. We do not store financial information or personal information anywhere on this site. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Any legal issues arising as a result of this website shall be governed by English Law.
