Is it possible to place an order over the phone?

Yes. Please call us on +44 (0) 20 3397 8402 and we will be happy to process your order and take payment over the phone.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following cards for payments made online and over the phone: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (UK), JCB, American Express and Davina Combe Gift Vouchers (please visit our Gift Vouchers page online for more information).

How will I know if my order has been processed?

Once you have completed your order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail within 2 hours. If you have not received your confirmation e-mail, please e-mail or call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402.

Where is my order?

Once your order is despatched you will be sent a confirmation email to notify you together with your tracking number. It will be possible to track your order by visiting the third party Royal Mail website and following the ‘TRACK YOUR ITEM’ link.

Can I cancel/amend my order by adding/deleting item(s)?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately otherwise your order may have been processed and it will be too late. It may be possible to amend your order or add another item once it has been placed but we cannot guarantee this – it will not be possible if your order has already been despatched. Is it safe to order online and is my personal information kept private?

Your order is as secure as it possibly can be. Your personal information will be protected and encrypted in a secure host environment provided by our payment provider Stripe. Stripe is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). We assure you that we continually revise our online security and technology to ensure that we provide you with the best achievable level of security. We do not hold any of your credit card details anywhere on our website, they are simply passed securely to our payments processor for authorisation by your bank.


What are the delivery charges and how long will it take to receive my order?

Can I have my order delivered today?

Yes. We are pleased to inform you that we offer a London Same Day Courier service for delivery in London Zones 1 & 2 Only.

For UK orders to be delivered outside London, the quickest service we offer is via Next Day Delivery. If you place your order by 2pm and select the Next Day Delivery option your order will arrive with you the next working day by 1pm. Please note that your order will need a signature on arrival and this excludes Bank Holidays. Please see Delivery Information for more details.

Is it possible for my order to be delivered urgently if I live abroad?

For International Orders, we use Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed For service for standard delivery, where orders will arrive with you within 7–10 days. For Orders that are urgent, please get in touch and we would be happy to discuss alternative courier options so your order can arrive with you sooner. Can my order be sent to a different address from my billing address?

Yes, at the checkout you will be given the option to add a different delivery address.

Do orders need to be signed for?

Yes, all orders will require a signature on arrival. Orders are sent via Royal Mail and although we can include delivery instructions on the outside of the package, we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will adhere to these. If you are not in to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a ‘While You Were Out Card’ notifying you that your order has been taken to your local delivery office where it will be possible to collect it.

I would like to buy one of your designs but it is out of stock. When will it be available?

If an item is out of stock the best thing to do is e-mail or call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402 and we will be happy to inform you as to when a product will be back in stock.


How will my order be packaged?

Each item is individually packed in a Davina Combe Jewellery box. If you would like additional Gift Wrapping there is an option to add this to your order at the ‘Shopping Bag’ page.

My order is a gift for someone, is it possible for it to be sent straight to them?

Yes, at the checkout you will be given the option to add a different delivery address.

Help! I need to buy a gift for my friend/girlfriend/wife/mother/sister/aunt/goddaughter, what would you suggest?
