RETURNS PROCESS

We hope that you are pleased with your item, but if for any reason you are not then you may return it to us for a refund or exchange it for another item of jewellery within 14 days of receipt.

To return your item please e-mail returns@davinacombe.com or call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402 quoting: your invoice number, name and address, details of the product and the reason you wish to return the item(s). We will then contact you and advise you on how to proceed.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or engraved designs.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To ensure that you are eligible for a refund please check the following:

– We must receive items within 14 days of your receiving them
– You have proof of purchase (i.e your original invoice number)
– Items must be in perfect condition and there must be no evidence of wear
– Items must be returned in all of their original packaging

WHEN WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

We reserve the right to reject returns should they not meet eligibility criteria set above. Returns received outside the Returns Policy period will be accepted at the discretion of Davina Combe. You must notify us prior to the design being returned. If we accept your item for return outside the Returns Policy you will be issued with a Credit Note that will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. RETURNS FROM THE UK

We advise that you send back your item(s) via a secure delivery service, which can be tracked and is insured to the parcel’s full value.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of any goods in transit. Please note that you are responsible for covering the postage or any other costs of returning items to us.

RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS

We advise that you send back your item(s) via a secure delivery service, which can be tracked and is insured to the parcel’s full value.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of any goods in transit. Please note that you are responsible for any return postage costs.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Once we receive your item(s) and provided that there is no evidence of wear and the designs are in perfect condition then we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued within 1–2 working days. Please be advised that depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 working days for the money to be credited to your account.

Please note your original postage costs and gift wrap will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error.

ENGRAVED DESIGNS & SPECIAL ORDERS

Please be advised that designs that are engraved or specially made to order cannot be returned. When ordering please ensure that you have chosen the correct ring size and have checked your order confirmation. Please visit our Terms & Conditions for further information.

ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR STOCKISTS

Unfortunately unless you have proof of purchase through our website davinacombe.com, then we cannot accept your returns. Designs that have been purchased at one of our stockists must be returned to the original retailer.

EXCHANGING YOUR JEWELLERY

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you would like to exchange your purchase then please get in touch within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to help. Please email returns@davinacombe.com or call +44 (0) 20 3397 8402.

Please note that there will be a standard P&P charge of £4.95 to send the new order to you in exchange. We can be in touch for payment for this once we receive your item back and we are happy that the design has not be worn or damaged in any way.

GIFT EXCHANGES

If you have received a design as a gift and would prefer another design, then it is of course possible to exchange the item. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the design with details of the person who purchased this through davinacombe.com. You can either exchange the design for another piece of jewellery or for a Credit Note that will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.
